Using TuneStem

By accessing TuneStem, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the service only in compliance with applicable law.

Your audio and processing rights

You retain your rights in audio you submit. You confirm that you own the audio or have permission to upload, import, process, and download it. You are responsible for how you use the resulting stems and for complying with copyright, privacy, and other applicable laws.

Audio storage and deletion

Original uploads are deleted after processing. Separated audio is stored privately for 7 days, then permanently deleted.

Processing records retain only task information such as the file name, processing date, and status.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

AI credits and payments

TuneStem AI credits are consumed according to the pricing information shown at checkout. One credit covers up to one minute of processing, and partial minutes are rounded up. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable once completed, except where a refund is required by law. Credits used after a task begins cannot be restored.

Acceptable use

You may not use TuneStem to infringe intellectual property, process unlawful or harmful content, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer restricted components, automate abusive requests, or misrepresent TuneStem as affiliated with Suno or another platform.

Service availability

AI separation quality depends on the source mix and may include artifacts. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, or legal compliance. Temporary failures, processing delays, or third-party outages may occur.

TuneStem materials

TuneStem branding, interface designs, software, text, and original site materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy or commercially exploit those materials except as required to use the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. TuneStem is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination, changes, and contact

We may restrict access for material violations of these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version, which applies from its stated effective date. Questions can be sent through the Contact Us form.
