We collect information you provide when you create an account, contact support, or purchase AI credits. This may include your name, email address, account preferences, transaction records, and support messages.

To provide audio separation, TuneStem processes the Suno URL or audio file you submit, related metadata such as track name and duration, and the vocal and instrumental files created from it.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure the service, process audio, maintain processing records, manage credits and payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve performance. TuneStem does not claim ownership of your audio.

Audio processing and retention

Audio is processed automatically. Completed download files are stored for up to 7 days and are then deleted or made unavailable. Task metadata may be retained separately from downloadable audio. TuneStem does not use submitted audio to train AI models unless you give separate, explicit consent.

Payments and service providers

Payment details are handled by authorized payment providers; TuneStem does not store complete card numbers. We may use vetted cloud hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, email, and payment providers only as needed to operate the service.

Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies for sign-in, security, and preferences, plus limited analytics to understand site performance. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser or available consent controls.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No internet service is completely secure, so you should keep your account credentials private and download important files promptly.
